    We stayed here for 7 nights and truly enjoyed the place. The hotel was fairly clean and had absolutely lovely staff with a front desk manager. The breakfast was excellent with an amazing view, the food was reasonably priced. The property was in a beachfront location sure to take advantage of Barefoot Billy's rentals a moped is a must to better enjoy the island.

    We didn't like that there was service missing.

    The front desk tried to service my requests as quick as possible and I was pleased that no requests by me,however small was treated as very important to correct immediately. Very good service in the 21th century.

    I preferred the Old World decor rather the sleet modern design of the furniture and rugs.

    Good views, but questionable cleanliness

    We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a balcony, and the view was awesome! But we found pee-stained sheets, just gross. We had to switch rooms late at night, and even then, they didn't clean it right. The pool bar served decent drinks, though, and the staff at breakfast were friendly. Just watch out for messy upkeep!

    It was just an appropriate option for a fleeting pause in Key West with fantastic value for money. The beach was kind of messy, but finding free street parking right in front was a nice surprise. Make sure to look for public beach options before relying on the hotel beach.

    Although the resort was great and we had a excellent time over there, there were just a few things that could make our experience even better. So here are my suggestions: - There is one small window next to the bed that have no curtains and woke me up everyday since the sun was shinning out there. - I also would like to have more options in the menu to dinner and lunch in the hotel.

    Very disappointed with the service and cleaningnes of the king ocean view room. Balcony wast way to small room was never cleaned on second day and bathroom was extremely small the shower was very low and narrow with mold along the corner of the shower glass Second time staing there the first time 5 years ago was amazing this time it was awfull the room was motel like furniture will not be going back to that hotel.

    The atmosphere was great, especially during the Songwriters Festival! Service was fantastic, and the outdoor vibe made all the difference. The location is perfect for exploring the local scene or just relaxing by the pools.

    The breakfast was really tasty and the pool area was perfect. I loved how easy it was to grab a lounge chair by the beach and soak up the sun. Just a heads up, the extra resort fee was a bit of a surprise at checkout.

    The beautiful grounds and well-maintained pool area. The outdoor bar offered amazing views, and the staff, especially at breakfast, were accommodating and friendly. The room could use some updates as it felt a bit tired.
